You might want to look at them and adjust to your own taste before running.

I keep many of my songs ordered in a music folder sorted by album and encoded as flac but that's complex and to heavy for many portable media players so I use these scripts to recursively transcode them, if they are flac, to mp3 or ogg (if it's for an iPod or a cowon D2) and in to a single folder in my home directory with a new file name; $ALBUM - $ARTIST - $TRACKNUMBER - $TITLE.ogg/mp3

They depend on lame and oggenc.
